Why Marshall University?
Marshall has a very individualized program for learning differences. I have known the program since it began with Dr. Guyer.
There have been many students of mine that have gone there over the years as well as my daughter. Marshall is a great school and they take care of the student emotionally, socially, and academically.
For me, being in a field of placing students in college, there are other schools I could recommend but my loyalty and respect for Marshall is that they are second to none in the way that they care for their students. I will always recommend them. They give 110% to your child and truly want them to succeed.

The older Chandler School students had the privilege to be guests on the Marshall University Campus. The visit was expertly organized by the HELP program’s Hillary Adams (HELP Program Director), who gathered a p[anel of current students to speak with us. Mike Shockley (Delta Hotel Manager) gave us a warm welcome at his hotel, while Dr. Dampier (Dean of the Engineering) invited us into the Engineering School’s halls and labs. The experience provided out students an invaluable glimpse into a possible future. We are grateful for the investment of time and support Marshall University and the Huntington community graciously gave our students.
