All Chandler School faculty is Orton-Gillingham trained. We teach our students to read, comprehend, and write through a direct, explicit, multi-sensory, structured, sequential, diagnostic, and prescriptive way.
One-on-One Tutorial
We offer 1:1 or 2:1 tutorial for each of our students in the Orton-Gillingham Approach. In these tutorials, students learn many things from syllable types to latin morphemes to how to write a basic paragraph.
The Approach
The most powerful component of the approach is that it’s based on the needs of individual students. The tutor meets the student at their level and continues at their pace until the student has mastered a concept.
